Amel is dedicated to being a bridge between belief systems, cultures and sectors, and to inspiring and enabling people to be ‘good foregoers’. Amel is particularly passionate about the role and power of feminine leadership to support the evolution of global mind-sets, social systems and models of economic impact.
Rabiya began her career at L’Oreal in the finance department & has worked in various divisions (Luxury, Pharmaceutical & Consumer Products). She was the youngest employee & one of the rare females to be promoted to Financial Controller at L’Oreal Middle East. In 2012, she was chosen to found the Corporate Social Responsibility function at L’Oreal Middle East. In 2014, Rabiya left L’Oreal to follow her passion and pursue a Master in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Tarun is an International Business & Management student at Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai. Tarun has an keen interest in CSR strategy and a passion for travel. In 2013, he joined RIT’s student government and was selected to spearhead the first ‘Global Day’ at RIT. As events coordinator, he pioneered this important event that juxtaposes diverse countries, cuisines, fashions and performing arts.
